Biscit announce progress of V21 network overhaul and other changes for customers.

Biscit have announced that it is making significant progress in upgrading V21’s networks with new servers.

Other updates include the restoration of services to about 800 customers who were migrated to an ISP called Fast4 at around the same time that Biscit completed the acquisition of V21. All are now back on the V21 network.  Customers who changed their email and Internet settings as a result of a mailing from Fast4 need only reset their original V21 settings to regain service.

V21 customers can now call Biscit’s UK customer support teams on the new dedicated 0871 433 3129 number, costing 10p per minute.
