Plusnet has announced a new Polish version of their website.

The new website is intended to help the Polish community sign-up and use broadband.  The Polish translated pages include offers, terms and conditions plus a new Polish language forum, allowing them to communicate with one another.

The company said they also have a dedicated helpline for Polish speaking customers at its call centre.

“With the Polish community in the UK now numbering more than 750,000 people - 2% of the global Polish population - we’re addressing their needs in a way that makes sense for them.”, Neil Armstrong, PlusNet Product Development Director.

Neil Armstrong also welcomed the possibility of introducing other language versions of the website, subject to demand.
