Plusnet have announced a 90 day satisfaction guarantee for broadband switchers.

All UK consumers who already have ADSL active on their line and switch from their current broadband provider, can trial the Plusnet service for 90 days.  After this period, if they are not satisfied they can claim a refund and cancel their broadband subscription.   The service is provided on a normal monthly basis for those continuing subscription.

Neil Armstrong, Products Director at PlusNet said:

“We’ve introduced this simple satisfaction guarantee because we’re proud and confident about our broadband service in comparison with other products on the market.  we already offer a one-month contract which makes PlusNet a confident choice for anyone who isn’t currently happy with their current provider. We know customers stay with PlusNet because they are happy, not because they are tied into long contracts”.

PlusNet also recently launched a Polish version of its web site for to cater for the growing Polish community in the UK and said it would consider other language versions of the web site if there was enough demand.
