T-Mobile is now offering an introductory price of £10 per month for the first 3 months on its “Mobile Broadband Plus” package.

The discount applies to new customers signing up to the Mobile Broadband Plus 24-month tariff.  The offer is valid until 1st October 2008.

T-Mobile currently offers up to 1.8Mbps broadband speeds and includes a free USB modem stick.  The package also includes access to 1,000 Wi-Fi hotspots around the country with its mobile broadband offering.

However, T-Mobile is in the process of upgrading its network to offer 7.2Mbps download speeds, and just yesterday announced an increase in upload speeds to 1.4Mbps after the launch of its HSUPA (High-Speed Uplink Packet Access) network.

The Mobile Broadband Max tariff, which allows customers to use third party Internet calling services such as Skype, is now £30 a month on a 24 month contract.

Earlier this year, T-Mobile and 3 announced a joint venture to combine their 3G network coverage to provide almost blanket 3G coverage of the UK population.
