Orange top for mobile broadband in latest YouGov survey

In the latest YouGov survey Orange again out came out top in 9 categories.

The categories include reliability, ease of use, customer services and staying connected.  Orange now offers a good range of mobile broadband packages at various price points.  The tariffs include laptop and mobile broadband deals.  It currently has the best 3G coverage in the UK.

Orange also came out top in the same survey in October 2009. 

Overall in the mobile broadband market, YouGov found that compared to six months ago, satisfaction improved slightly in network coverage, staying connected, upload and download speeds.  The survey also revealed that 56% of users would use their mobile broadband service again.

YouGov says the survey shows there has been an upturn in customer satisfaction following a year of negative feedback, and that it may finally be starting to meet people’s expectations.  Orange website
