I have just started using this this stick.i found it difficult to install the stick on windows vista, and it was not as plug and play as advertised, i needed to install the broadband manager using the CD included, and it took 5 minutes to install the drivers. that said the speed is very good, before i had a 3 payg dongle which was lethargic and kept dropping signal, this new 620 is super fast it also has a micro sd slot which is brill, so far so good would recomend
