I am beyond disgusted with AOL customer service. My acct has been hacked. I spoke to 3 representatives. The first one rushed me off the phone. the second one transferred me to department that was closed. And the last represenative laughed at me after i told him about my frustration asked me "Am i yelling" laughed some more and told me he cant do anything for me; I should call back tomorrow. Not to mention that they make it absoultely difficult to cancel their acct. Im warrning anyone that considers using their service to proceed with CAUTION!!!!!

Am appalled by AOL and it's customer services. Apparently I verbally agreed to a contract, they have been unable to provide but won't let me cancel without paying them off, is this legal??

I've just stuck with AOL cos' they offered me a good deal when I asked them for MAC, so thats a result! I would recommend them as i've rarely had any problems apart from very occasional connection issues.
