totally agree with GringoJimi its now 2012 and nothing has changed they are arrogant unhelpful and completely useless you talk to people who admit have no fault training and they have the cheek to blame you for the problems get real Plusnet your service is useless and a waste of money dont join them they really are the pits dont understand why anyone would rate them above 1 star unless ofcourse you work with Plusnet if there was a minus rating I would choose -10 they will give you nothing trouble.

Transferred from Tiscali/Talk Talk after they downgraded my service without telling me! Plusnet have been great - speedier broadband than ever. Now opening an account for my business. Talking to someone you can understand helps when sorting the nitty gritty out. Can't fault them so far!!

I have been a customer of Plusnet for five years, and have seen the quality of the service degrade drastically over the past year. The telephone support clearly just read from a script and cannot resolve anything more technical than suggesting a new router each time there is a fault. Senior support are unavailable to speak to directly, and one must wait for a call or an email from them. With my final technical issue, I was informed that I would receive an answer in 24 hours, then it was 48 hours. When I called for an update, the time for a response was now 72 hours. A whole 7 days after my fault was raised, they finally agreed that there was a problem and escalated my query. I would get an answer in another 48 hours... It was at this point that I requested my MAC Key. Enough was enough
