Hopeless service from a useless company.
Crap router. Connection drops out frequently.
Don't supply the service they advertise.
Avoid this bunch of idiots like the plague.

Leaving Sky who have been dreadful, the router is badly designed which is most of the problem. They restrict the line, funny that they are advertising they don't do it and BT dont. Why can't Ofcom (useless) and the advertising standards do anything about the lies these companies tell. DO NOT EVER THINK OF SKY

Fucking sucks took them over 2 months to reconnect my internet after I moved homes it was pathetic however I am still locked into the contract for another 4 months after that I am dropping them

Certainly not getting 20 meg... actually its half a meg.. and drops out a few times aa week
